Teachers at all study levels have a great impact on building students’ character and inner self along with teaching them some topics outlined from academics. Efforts vary according to the age group but not the purpose. Being the very first stage of academic journey, playgroup is the initial learning guide for children as well as developing association and respect for the education and the educators. This all, however, depends largely on the teachers, as a child’s mind at this time is none different to a blank paper on which you’ve to print what you want.

Children of this age group as they need more care and attention than any other group, should be dealt accordingly. Individual attention and communication is crucial so if your classroom is crowded, just take it serious. Though a management issue, but in many cases, the administration may overlook the issue, so raise this point while having a meeting with concerned authority, and have a standard class size.

Classrooms as needed to be airy for all levels, but sometimes not taken seriously can negative effect the learning capabilities of children. In case if a playgroup room needs such specification, be sure that it should be done as soon as possible. Some related action to be taken if cleanliness is the issue.

Hyperactive children, sometimes also titled, as problem children may be an issue, but keeping them busy or giving them some additional tasks can lessen the unpleasant effect of their hyperactivity.

Plan the activities that can be done within the given time, and it’s better to repeat them. Further if activities are enriched with the element of some outdoor practice, it’ll increase the enthusiasm and learning capability. So do not stick to the classroom only, instead just take them out to breath in fresh air.

Last but not least, though not a classroom management issue, but something that effects the classroom management, is proper and effective coordination with parents. Make them trust you and to tell you the exact problem of their child if there’s some.
